There are some basic requirements for becoming a member of the Robert Morris College

National MembershipRMC Membership
PHRA MembershipMembership Questions
National Membership
National membership for students requires that you be currently enrolled in at least 6 credit
hours in a college or university. The membership dues for the national membership is $35. More
information about joining SHRM and an on-line application can be found at the SHRM Homepage.
RMC Membership
Active membership with the RMC Chapter of SHRM requires a national membership. Students are also required to
pay a $5 student chapter fee by the time set by the officers and function within the guidelines of the chapter
constitution.
PHRA Membership
Student membership in the Pittsburgh Human Resource Assosication costs $20 if you are not currently a member of
the national association. Dues for students who are national members of SHRM, only need to pay $15. PHRA is the
professional organization that is directly involved with the RMC student chapter. More information can be obtained
